I sometimes do watch your do your follow Morning Hatha Yoga for stress and sometimes I get tired I was nervous for days since February March since October and November and I also did do the Twisty Morning Yoga and before I go to bed a Soothing Yoga for stress my sister set an app called Finch since September

That is very easy but very long ❤I hope it gets me time to do that I was so nervous yesterday I went in to the lab for my results for my levels of my thyroid and for my medicine Lisinopril I take at 10 or 11 o'clock I'm afraid of what the results are going to be and I have a doctors appointment for my thyroid Thursday

Long is an hour long one. I use to have one for pain. When I gave my old pc away, I forgot to send it to myself on my new one. Ugh!
