Deadlifts : 225lbs(Male) / 155lbs (Female)
Handstand Pushups
This was my first time ever attempting this and Im not going to lie......I really enjoyed it.
I am going to be attempting other CrossFit Benchmark Workouts and see where I stand.
I know a few things after doing this workout, talking with Heather and watching some other videos, I am going to need to work on technique and mobility. And MORE CARDIO!!!

ya because crossfitters never get injured right? What's the average training lifespan of a crossfitter? Like 3 years before injuries that prevent training?

@@fishNtits Calisthenics and bodybuilding go well together. Not necessarily CrossFit to the extreme. Or CrossFit 3+ days a week nonstop

SO cool to see you incorporate cardio and fun stuff into the mix :). I been doing regular jogging for over a year now and love it. Thanks for your advice for building shoulders, Seth. I applied it and managed to have 3D looking delts all around with a large dominant look even as a natty just on good training and posing, sleep and whole foods.

Unfortunately, can't prevent dying from a heart attack...nobody can, but I've been a fan of this guy for years now. Entertaining to watch, knowledgeable, with amazing advice and a positive outlook on life. Hard working bodybuilder.. it would benefit everyone do strive to be like this guy.

After a decade of Bodybuilding, I did CrossFit for 2 weeks in 2020 as a dare from my Wife. I now compete in CrossFit and have never looked better, felt better, or looked back. CrossFit is unbelievable for human performance.

Man I started doing "functional training last yr" I LOVE IT. Lost weight, feeling great, and I'm mobile. You should try the crossfit open 22.2 from this year

I’m def gonna be doing more of these and other intense workouts. I need to learn how to run. I am not a fan, so i need to learn and change my mind set towards it. Also drop about 10-12 lbs. Would like to be about 200lbs Not 211-215.

@@SethFeroceOfficial I am an IFBB pro and powerlifter and started doing functional training due to lockdown. ended up finding crossfit as a result and have been pursueing it for a year now. I love the fact that in a day of training I can do a 5km run, muscle ups, heavy deadlifts and feel fit. fucking epic seeing you doing this!!!! Love it

Seth you need to do “Linda” aka “three bars of death.” 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps for time on the: 1) deadlift (1½ times body weight) 2) bench press (body weight) 3) power clean (¾ body weight).

A couple of CrossFit OG's Dan Bailey & Jason Kalipa once did a hardcore version of 'Linda' called 'The Iron Triathlon' 1 up to 20 in ascending order of the same exercises/weights as 'Linda'. Took them over an hour..... kzbin.info/www/bejne/pKvHoYGphsuNa7M

@@dalemandell2199 I just watched Dan’s world record Diane. Had no clue who he was. ANIMAL. There are some people who are absolute specimens. Similar to bodybuilding in the sense of just freaks of nature. The Iron Triathlon….. them boys were insane! I love it! I think i got some work to do before I attempt anything of that level. But I’m not gonna lie…..sounds like fun. Haha You can’t tell me there isn’t an intense feeling of excitement and accomplishment after you’re done! The good shit

Good stuff man. I used to dis CF years ago until I tried a few workouts and it destroyed me. Got hooked but always kept form in check. 2 things I’d like to see you try. 50 calories for time on assault bike and 500m row.
