This was my first time ever attempting this and Im not going to lie......I really enjoyed it.
I am going to be attempting other CrossFit Benchmark Workouts and see where I stand.
I know a few things after doing this workout, talking with Heather and watching some other videos, I am going to need to work on technique and mobility. And MORE CARDIO!!!
