@@kxno8302 that is exactly what this comment insinuates. By pointing out the fact there is 3 different ethnicities he is marginalizing (even tho it's not on purpose) the fact they are from different origins and implying the fact that it is not common, but if we want to fight racism properly we should also avoid those type of comments even tho they aren't meant to be hurtful or discriminatory, we should get to the point where we don't even notice ethnicity rather than point it out. Edit : some people misunderstood my last sentence, I am not saying and I do not think we should get to a point where ethnicity doesn't exist, but rather to a point where we don't notice unless it is implied by the context or something else. Of course that ethnicity is real, and it will always be.

@boblick3354

Can you tell me the difference
@UkrNomad
@UkrNomad 4 ай бұрын
@@boblick3354 Bodybuilder - is not only about strength but also form, proportions and aesthetic so they usually not as strong as others but have much lower body fat and different muscle groups more pronounced and proportional to each other. Strongman - is more about working not regular types of weight's like in the gym but stone boulder, log's, connan wheels etc. and different types of challanges they face in this sport so they not only strong but often have much more grip strength and endurance to hold heavy weight's for long times, walk with them, roll, push, pull and lift, also often multiple repetitions. Powerlifters - working with main 3 types of lift (squat's, bench press, deadlift) and often going for max weight less reps. So they strong but endurance may be less then strongman. In general they all different types of sports and cometittions and have different requirments so while they all big you can see that they muscle's build differently and for different types of competitions.

So cool. I used to work out at Nelson's in Jacksonville. The owner and his workout partner were both Mr. Florida title winners. They would get me to work in with them, but I was only good for the first three weights, then they would take over. It was VERY INSPIRATIONAL and I learned a lot from them. Watching this brings back great memories of the camaraderie of the gym. Jim Nelson and Jerry Nipper, RIP.

If you ever reach that level of strength and then lose it, you will find yourself always wanting it back.
