The Bible says in John 3:16-36 that whoever believes in the Lord Jesus Christ shall not perish but have everlasting life, the Bible also says in Romans 10:9 that those who declare with their mouth that Jesus Christ is their God, Lord, and Savior they shall be saved. Revelation 1:8 says that Jesus is the alpha and the omega. Luke and revelation is the ending times, and Jesus is returning back. So are you going to submit your life to him or no? Narrow is the path that leads to the gates of heaven, but only few people find it. The gates that is the path to destruction is where many people find it! Jesus loves you SO MUCH! That he died on the cross, and was resurrected from the dead 3 days later to give us eternal life.

For each variations doing 5 till 40 since l couldn't do 10 but as l progressed l just told myself that l won't stand up or stretch until l got 20 then stretch got down for other fives till 20 and l stretched repeated the process for the other variations and reach 100. It takes me about 30 minutes to round them up now but for a start l would go for about 1hr 30.

This is such a great video! Not only fun to watch but also educational. I love the way Chris explains things. It really inspired me to incorporate some of the exercises in my own training program. Thanks 🙏

It’s actually crazy how normal lifting weights and all the strength you build doesn’t carry over to stuff like this.

I’m a 58 yr old woman. I mastered the front raise in one month. The second move within 2 weeks. That’s the pic on my ID… I was already completely conditioned! I did the pistol squat first time trying bcz I had been doing the exercises already to do it without knowing it. I was able to do a pull-up 8 times first time ever doing it. I’ve been working out since I was 5 yrs old. On the front raise engage your lats, push back with your lats and stiffen your core and raise your body up. I’ve never explained how to do this move but that’s how it’s done. The second move. If you have a strong core you can do it. That’s about technique as well. After you get your legs at 90% degrees pivot your hips, straighten your back & go up. Do windshield wipers on your way down… fun! I use to train lots of hard core body builders to do this. The technique wasn’t explained in this video.

Chris appreciated the comment. It's like an achievement to me. It's like I've done a hard workout program. For the common man it is very pleasant and highly appreciated
