Carbs definitely make me feel sluggish tired and held back. I have 25 pounds to gain so I keep throwing them back anyways. I can't wait to reach my goal of 180lbs so I can start relaxing my diet and eat normal again. My idea of normal eating is to eat meat when I'm hungry. But since I want to gain weight I'm force feeding myself all day everyday with everything I can stomach(which is tough as most things I can't eat without problems)

Good compilation. I did enjoy it and I am definitely learning few tips at a time. Im not perfect in my exercise regimen, I am probably overtraining but I will eventually feel what the correct frequency should be

In six month I went from lifting 135 to maxed out at 265 at 18. I moved went back in the gym and tried 265 failed and had to go down to 225 to get it up. 185 essentially felt as heavy 245. The loss went faster than the gain. I pussed out and stopped going to the gym just now getting back to lifting and working out at 33

Train consistent, eat well the end result in mass and power will totaly depend on the amount of drugs you take, all these guys in the video take a lot of PED's. With everyting else being equal, training drug free as an amateur athlete who has a job is always harder than with steroids.

Try motocross the most physically demanding sport in the world... You will quickly make a correction video on why pump exercises suck for some athletes. And y'all just flat out wouldn't be capable of moto for because of your awesome "pump" exercises that are "good" for everyone have now crippled your ability

Don't you think training would likely raise the threshold where you would get arm pump? I haven't done moto but know what you're talking about from off-road.

Man y'all body builders would look so good if y'all shredded up on dirt bike like 3 times a month. Anymore than that you would lose some muscle mass. Problem is you gotta ride proper to get the core exercise and legs. Really hard harder than perfecting a squat for sure.
