Fouad or Luke, I have a pretty similar question regarding to the question at 40:12 min about the ''white fish versus chicken''.... For example: I eat a bowl of cereal with skimmed milk.. which contains 150 grams of carbs (lets say) This contains simple sugars from the cereals and milk (suclarose and lactose).... The other day i eat a bowl of cooked oats with water. Which contains no sugars and only starchy carbs (also 150 gram of carbs for example)... is there any difference (at all) that makes oatmeal superior to the cereal with the milk?
@FouadAbiad4 жыл бұрын
I believe so. Single ingredient foods are easier to gauge macros and also are more 'pure' foods. There is less or no chemicals in raw oats where I don't think I can say the same for cereal. Also most people don't digest milk well so that would be an issue in itself. When you're eating mass amounts of food digestibility becomes very important and we always look for single ingredient foods that our body can process easily and we know exactly what we're eating. All that being said, when it comes to just calories and losing body fat, the cereal and the oats are no different as long as the macros are the same.
@AnthonyVenmans4 жыл бұрын
@@FouadAbiad Thank you Fouad! Well I love my oats everyday... so lets save the Cereal for a post-workout leg day 😃🔥

@thegreatangel82514 жыл бұрын
100% agree with Luke. I’ve always been cars a geek or a nerd because I like comic books, games, sci fi, fantasy, warhammer etc etc. Those same people who were calling me a nerd spend every waking second talking about, playing, watching, betting on or playing a football game. Their entire fucking life revolves around this one thing. I personally can’t stand anything to do with football. But in the UK football is so ingrained in our culture. Because of this, these people are just considered ‘normal’ and I’m considered a geek. We are all fucking geeks and nerds. All it is is being passionate about something and having an interest in something. There is nothing wrong with being a nerd or a geek it just means you have a passion and you love something. Luke is absolutely right. It is all subjective. Fouad I have absolutely no interest in cars at all. For me to go down and experience that same thing on the race track as you did, I wouldn’t feel anything at all. I’d be bored out of my mind. Just like you would be bored out of your mind if you came and watched a game of warhammer. I get what you are saying. Its all to do with what is ‘socially accepted’. Football, sports, cars etc are deemed as ‘cooler’ because they are more mainstream and more people relate to that particular thing than say comic books. That’s all. The passion is the same. Everyone likes different things. And as an abstract view, everything is as geeky as everything else. Its no different having passion for say a sport or sport team then say comic books. If you have a passion for something, you are a geek or nerd.
@FouadAbiad4 жыл бұрын

Fouad needs to come to the UK with a big American truck. Then take him to Tescos car park on a busy Saturday afternoon and ask him to park it. Then take him out a drive down some rural roads, get stuck behind a tractor in a left hand drive truck. White fish has much more phosphorus then any other meat, it contributes to increased protein utilisation and prevents t4 and t3 down regulation during a diet. Phosphorus also decreases hydration of fat cells and increases hydration of muscle cells. There is also some evidence out there that the polyunsaturated fats which are high in fish can contribute to decreasing the thickness of the layer of fat under the skin. Mk677 will put you into diabetic levels of blood sugar within 7 days and will take months to fix, studies also shows it increases fat storage in the thigh area.
