I lost 86 pounds last year on keto. I lost 60 pounds in the first 60 days. I have been keto for 12 months. I’m mow lawns six hours a day on a keto diet, and I feel fantastic.

If you're really obese (like me), you can't do "moderation" eating, you would'nt be at 300+ lbs. if that could be done. Carb and sugar addiction is very real, you have to get rid of ALL OF IT! Don't fool yourself, (not talking about YOU, just in eneral), you're not gonna win.

@@buttarain27 Soooo true. I keep trying to tell someone I know this but I feel she doesn't have will power. She keeps showing my pics to people and show the weight I lost and still losing. That's crazy to me. We are both 5'2" and I was 204 lbs. She was 234. I'm 148 and still losing. She lost 34 lbs months ago and it stopped. She doesn't get why but I see it perfectly. I told her to stop eating yogurt with that sugar added, and the Starbucks bottled coffee from the grocery. She went back to it like it's just sometimes. I stop talking.

One of my keto snacks is chocolate coconut fat bombs 1 cup SF Choc Chips 1 cup SF coconut 1/4 cup butter Melt choc in 20 sec intervals stirring after each 20 secs, should only take 1 min, add butter, stir until melted, add coconut and stir well Put in 8 muffin paper cups or anything else you want Makes 8 They are delicious 165 cal 13.9g fat 3.9 g protein 4.4 g carb Net 1.4 g 3.1 g fiber

One of my dogs had bradycardia and the vet diagnosed it through an EKG that was part of his health plan. He was 12 and the vet said he could have collapsed and died at any time. He told me that Purdue University did pacemakers surgery on dogs. I chose to do the surgery. He lived another three years after that and it was totally worth it.

Red bell peppers are my favorite.... but can't imagine them as a bread substitute. I like to use large leaves of romaine as bread. I fill mine with egg salad and dill... tuna salad.. chicken salad,,, asian chicken w. sesame seeds and cilantro, any deli meats and cheeses,,, even with hot carnitas, scrambled eggs and chorizo... endless possiblities !

I love the Costco boiled eggs because they have zero sulfur smell, so they’re perfect for salads, deviled or for making chocolate pudding.

OMGudness!! I am also a snack fanatic. I changed up my snacking habits as well. I use radishes and hummus with carrots. Its good too. I just dont know if hummus is fattening but i eat it in mederation... I also use my own popcorn. Not microwaved or prepopped in the bags. I pop them myself. Lol. Less miney, healthy and you can add whatever flavors you want. I only use butter/oil or salt or pepper. I also snack on peppers too. I love the ted pepper but a wrapped pepper with cheese and some kind of dip is good too. Thank you for this video, i loved it. A little tip i chose the tadishes because they are good for women's health or reproductive organs. 😉

Hard boiled eggs with Valentina is such a good snack. I recommend it if you’ve never tried it and you like spicy 🌶️

Thank you for sharing. I tend to go with the same foods for long periods of time and then after three or four months I burn out and quite for awhile and gain half of what I've lost back. This gives me lots of ideas!

I was at the Picton Farmers Market last weekend...a woman makes a variety of healthy dips that are sunflower seed based Dill...roasted red pepper...even the beet dip is delicious

I lost 12 lbs the first 2 1/2 weeks on keto and IM. Here we are 2.5 months later, I have gained 6 lbs back! Same diet as I started... 1600-1900 calories max. Less than 20 carbs. Cheated ONE time in 2.5 months! I have really only felt hungry maybe three times. About to give up!

I FEEL you! When this happens to me, I get really BORED with food, but I’m still hungry. Cut out the sweets temporarily. Even the low carb beers. Opt to eat a nutritious filling meal, but find a few new things to add to your rotation. I don’t have all the answers, but I just can’t gain back all the Fn weight I’ve lost. I’ve gained back 8 of my 35 pounds lost. I know I have to exercise more in order to be able to eat more. I’ve grown so bored with high protein meals, so I’m back to counting calories. So I’m going to get my tired butt outta this bed and exercise. Be strong….we’re just about into summer. Show off your body. Don’t give up now. You worked TOO HARD. It took me a year to lose the weight, and one month to gain back 8. And my plateau lasted 3 months! So if this 69 year old woman on HRT can do this, YOU CAN!!!! Don’t give up! 😎🌞🌟⭐️🕶️💪

You need to cut sweets altogether! Cut your calorie intake by 200-400! If you get on the scale and it’s higher than last time your calories are too high! It’s not rocket science, it’s your willingness to lose.

I love cucumbers sprinkled with lemon pepper & sometimes chili powder or with just Tajin seasoning. I also like to use spring rolls in place of breads. I get Blue Dragon Spring Rolls from Walmart. 2 spring rolls is 1 serving with macros @ Calories- 60, Fat- 0g, Carbs-14g, Protein- 0g. I also like to make Lowrys microwavable Spicy Pork Rinds then put some on a plate, Sprinkle with shredded cheese & a few nacho jalapenos & melt in microwave. Makes Yummy Low Carb N achos.

Hi Mayra! I love these snack videos so much! May I ask….What type of deli turkey you use and where do you get it? It looks so delicious! I love cucumber slices with different dips. I just found hummus with Hatch green chile at Sam’s Club. I’m originally from the Hatch Valley, so anything with green chile-I am so there! I cannot wait to dip some cucumber into that hummus. love me a gigantic bowl of fruit! tons of vitamins, antioxidants, and most importantly, fiber! not even including the water content in all the fruit. going to be very filling! great with some nonfat greek yogurt as well, + unsweetened cacano nibs or nuts. satiety at its finest

You def don’t need 2 parts of bell pepper for a sandwich. It isn’t nearly as messy to eat an open faced bell pepper sandwich, it is delicious, easier to eat and fits into your mouth without being awkward.

Love how reasonable (and therefore sustainable) you are with yourself about going out - cucumbers just to cut down on the amount of chips, not keep yourself from them altogether. But yeah - at some point the chip just becomes the vessel for more dip, so why not switch to something healthier. Love that! Are the bitchin’ sauces low carb?!

Do you ever snack on Siete Tortilla chips I love that they are clean and tasty all their products are great, refried beans enchilada sauce etc...Also wanted to ask you other than Isopure unflavored Protein powder do you know or can you suggest another unflavored one with no soy preferably grass fed , clean etc thank you so much and yes I am a snacker so please do more on snacking and Summer easy foods

I am on my 95th day of dieting. Lost 36 lbs so far but still very fat. I started at almost 300 lbs and my goal is lose 100 lbs so I am only 1/3 way in. I've been controlling my portion of eating and stick to healthy home cooking meal for past 95 days and been lifting 3x a week and 30+ mins of cardio almost everyday. So far, it worked but it seems my body is getting used to what I am doing as I am stuck at same weight for past 10 days. I have been increasing duration and intensity of my workout little by little too but it's so painful. I want to get out of being fat asap. I can't wait another 6 months to be finally free from being fat. :(
