Robert Irvine is my most favorite celebrity chef - just look at him! He looks fit and trim as opposed to most other celebrity chefs. The best part is that he is in his mid-50s, thus showing that fitness and good health is in reach for everybody. Dear Robert - you are my heroic, shining example that I use to pick myself up and keep working at life no matter what happens. Thank you from my soul and I send this message to you with love.

Little tips how to improve the dish: 1) Render the bacon fat first on a low/meadium heat so you dont have to add this much oil, it will improve the taste of the hash and make the bacon crispy 2) Take your eggs out of the fridge a bit earlier so they get colse to room temp and lower tge heat of your pan. That way yolk wont be raw and white burned on the edges. Gerat video

The saturated fat and cholesterol in eggs don't raise your risk for heart disease and there are a lot of vitamins in the yolk. I wonder what calories have to do with healthy food? Healthy does not mean - eat less. It means - eat good. If you are bodybuilder you easly have to eat every day 2,5-3,5k calories (especially if you do cardio to it). 500-800 calories per meal is nothing and it doesn't say anything about being healthy or not. If you are lazy ass who sits in front of monitor whole day and not move a lot then yes- those recepies are mostly not for you. Just to tell you- his second scrambled eggs were 4x90 kcal for eggs, around 50 kcal in additions, 100 kcal in fat (avocado). Easy 600 calories at least- that is small breakfast for bodybuilder or someone who does sport. Also especially if you do sport (but mostly if you do a lot of cardio related activities) you need fat.
