Very few simple, common and inexpensive ingredients that are actually healthy. Clear presentation. No fluff. Good production values. This is what all healthy cooking videos should aspire to.

Met Robert at a food expo in Monroeville Pa, he acted like he was just some regular guy, walk-in around getting ready for his food he served to a ton of people and had a lot going on. Yet when I got out of my seat and yelled Yo Robert, chasing him down for a pic, he was AWESOME! Totally approachable, was goofin with me and laughing, had 4 pics taken by my friend Missy, and he hugged me a couple times showing the love and appreciation...by the way his CRUNCH BARS ARE THE BOMB!!!! GO BUY SOME, I GUARANTEE YOU WILL LOVE THEM! BETTER THAN CANDY, THESE ARE PROTEIN BARS! GREAT FOR PEOPLE WHO HAD GASTRIC BYPASS AND NEED PROTEIN. ROBERT ROCKS!!!

@@producedbytrippin5703 A cup is 237 ml. If we assume that 100g = 100ml and you say that 100g = 5g protein. Then we have 11.35 grams of protein for 237 grams of mustard. The math seems to work. (If 100ml of mustard = 100 grams)

Ground mustard chicken very simple and easy I changed it up I did not have a lemon I use the whole line a little REVOO and water to thin it out so the food processor would work better and I added a little bit of honey delicious sauce. I pre-cooked my chicken tonight so I could slice it and put it on my salad tomorrow looking forward to it

I mix coco powder to flavor it and taking 20mg protease tablet with it. I am following jim's 12 week shortcut to size.I am on 6th week 3. Getting to my point. I want to increase mixablity of that whey. some lumps remain in bottom of shaker. how can I dissolve them.
