Loved the blocks and that it started with mobility. Wasn't a super high heart rate workout for me, but I still enjoyed this.

Again, I REALLY appreciate how you tell us how much weight you're using-- it leaves the guess work out for me! Thank you!! Even if there's times I don't lift as heavy, it's good to use your weight use as a good guideline/reference! I loved this workout! I LOVE the block format! ❤

I have been on this channel for 3 years or so but I still don't know what metabolic conditioning or flow is...because I don't like it whatever it is. But on Friday 20 Dec 2024 i saw a health practitioner who recommended that I stick to upper body exercises. So now I'll fund myself on this side of Bodyfit.. Well timed🎉
