Loved the blocks and that it started with mobility. Wasn't a super high heart rate workout for me, but I still enjoyed this.

Great workout! Love 5 minute intervals goes so fast! Also nice to have some boxing in there. You haven't done any boxercise videos in soooo long! Thank you Amy! 🤩

I love it so much when we're working so hard that even YOU are concentrating! That was so fun... I also don't know if it's a. trick, but I get to the end of these met con blocks workouts and don't feel wiped! Thank you Amy for keeping it fresh and keeping us on our toes!

Again, I REALLY appreciate how you tell us how much weight you're using-- it leaves the guess work out for me! Thank you!! Even if there's times I don't lift as heavy, it's good to use your weight use as a good guideline/reference! I loved this workout! I LOVE the block format! ❤

LOVE this MetCon arms and core. Like how we did mobility first it helped getting my muscles warmed up and ready to go. Really enjoyed this format it was Challenging and tough and it was perfect. Thank- u Amy for always mixing it up 😅🎉

I have been on this channel for 3 years or so but I still don't know what metabolic conditioning or flow is...because I don't like it whatever it is. But on Friday 20 Dec 2024 i saw a health practitioner who recommended that I stick to upper body exercises. So now I'll fund myself on this side of Bodyfit.. Well timed🎉
