It’s Day #14 of your AMPLIFY Challenge! This active recovery workout uses yoga-inspired bodyweight exercises for strength, mobility, flexibility, and stretch. Alternate between active yoga mobility and a deep stretch to leave your body feeling refreshed and energized.

So good!! I teach fitness classes during the week and then join some friends on Zoom on Fridays for a good stretch, so we are always looking for good recovery workouts. This one was great. Keep them coming. And THANK YOU!!!

loved this one so much that I just did it again today :) I missed my stretching last Sunday due to work and didn't want to do that again cuz it really makes a big difference in the way I feel throughout my day. Thank you for keeping this girl mobile Amy, thank you!

I actually loved this! I didn't think I'd like yoga "circuits", but I think I liked it more than flow! I liked alternating something more active with a stretch. It was interesting, relaxing, energizing, and I just feel great!
