Hi Amy, will this help with little hanging lower belly pooch! I don't think I have diastis recti, I have no gap. Just fat accumulated from baby weight years ago. I am doing diastis recti exercise as well but really need to lose overall abdominal fat.☹️ Amy will this help with lower hanging belly pooch? Please see above comment

Love the workout, allready did it a couple of times but always find the time going so fast in the beginning and so slow in the end. Just figured out its not me, but the timer :-D

Haha I noticed that too! It jumps from 16 mins to 6 at one point and then goes super slow. I think the total time comes out the same but still!

I did this workout “with” my toddler. She loved it. Every once in a while she would point at you and tell me how pretty you are. Just thought you would like to know.
