So much fun! After a few hours of hiking this afternoon I didn't mind coming home to this workout. It went by quickly and barely felt like a workout because I just had fun with it. Love cardio days like this, especially with some shuffles and punches! 😄

I added a heavy mini band to get some more resistance on my legs and glutes and WOW!!!! Absolutely loved this one! PARTIO CARDIO IS THE BE(A)ST 😝

Definitely a FAVORITE, Amy!! How much fun is this!! PartyTime!! PLEASE, MORE LIKE THIS!! ALL standing, which is fantastic. No BURPEES makes it an instant KEEPER for me!! I loved every second of this, the moves were soooo much fun!! Would LOVE more PARTY-O!!! I took your suggestion and added in a Mobility session from last month. I feel FANTASTIC and am doing this again tomorrow. And while I do love Kickboxing, would love to see more like this and more KickBoxing. No burpees, that alone was reason to celebrate!!! I couldn't make the live so I did another workout and usually do mobility on Sunday but did the Live workout and so on :) needless to say, I am chill today and loved this workout for so many reasons but mainly that I needed to do less today and this workout gave me that.

Get ready to PARTY! This cardio tabata gives you traditional cardio moves, then the option to progress to “Party style” cardio for some extra flair, in tabata intervals of 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds rest. Low and high impact options.

I just turned 50 and research suggests to help remove belly fat due to menopause/peri menopause to lift weights three times a week and also do high intensity interval training twice a week. I enjoyed this workout. It got me sweaty and the heart elevated at a good rate. Would you ever consider making more hiit videos for women my age? Thanks for all you do!!

Not a fan of this one. Maybe it was too easy for me. I should have tried it with a resistance band. I'm sure it would have made a difference.
