I liked this flow of this because I just did everything super slow to stretch out. Didn't need cardio today. Even the mountain climbers and plank jacks at the end were modified to be more of a stretch. So, this workout was super customizable in my opinion for whatever you need.

This cardio/mobility/stretch workout is phenomenal!!! Starting with the cardio, then mobility, and finishing each round with the stretch is perfect!! I did the higher versions of the cardio, really let my muscles flex for the mobility and then the stretch felt absolutely wonderful!!! I am feeling so invigorated!!! Loved it Amy!!! 💗💗💗💗💗😌

Excellent "active recovery" workout! I meet once a week with a friend for a 10k and try to keep my workouts the day before somewhat low key, or my run suffers. This one is pretty much perfect! "Be where you are today" cardio (I kept it light) and the oh-so-important mobility and stretching. Thank you Amy!

I loved that! So great incorporating the stretches - besides making sure we stretch while our muscles are warm, it also makes us stretch for a whole 20 seconds! I really needed this today.

I had a hip injury three months ago - this was my first workout. I also had carper turned surgery. It was great for me - I did the stand up versions rather than the mat since I can't put weight on my hands yet. Thank you for the modificatins for helping me get back at it without fear of re-injury.
