Amazing workout. I first didn't want to do it as I like the ones that are just under 30 minutes, but I was so wrong. This workout is just perfect. I have said that to many other workouts, but this one, I can't praise it enough as the time flies, you are concentrating on the movements, you are so focused, ... perfect workout. Please do more of them.

I REALLY Loved this format. The circuits were tough but CHALLENGING. Also love ALL the new moves. Yes I probably will be sore tomorrow but it’s worth it because I was working out hard. Also the BONUS Move was AWESOME! Thank-u AMY!😊😊

I really enjoyed this one. I recently sprained my ankle and am wearing a brace to exercise, so I'm really appreciating these no jumping workouts. I'm still waiting for a rebounder workout though! 😊❤

I wasn’t crazy about this one. With all the crazy combos I had to keep going back in the video and with all of the resulting stopping and starting I don’t feel like I got a hard workout. Still thankful for these workouts though!

"Guess what? This workout has no repeats" a few moments later "that's right, another round of swing because why not?" 🤣 Workout was very challenging, the only suggestion I would make is when down on the ground to give us a little more guidance when the move changes, I kept missing when we would change, i.e. bridge press to tricep guided extensions. Brutal workout, been enjoying the energize series even with a back injury, you give good "choose your own adventure" advice. Thank you!

I enjoyed this workout but I was disappointed to see it labeled as "for weight loss." One of the main reasons I use your channel is because you tend to focus on feeling good -- not altering body size.
