Hi Amy this was great thank you for this type of video I was born with spina bifida (myelomengocele to be exact and so my sensation stops at T10-T12 on my spine an I have limited mobility unfortunately for the lower part of my body) I use a wheelchair to get around but most of the time I'm bed bound so I tend to do a lot of my exercises in bed so seated version workouts are always my go to so if you could make more of them that would be great My favorites are the cardio, tabata, HIIT, aerobics, body weight and then resistance band and some dumbbells style workouts I also dont mind boxing and yoga ones too I get stressed very easily and deal with anxiety and depression issues so I've been trying to manage it all but I'm struggling I do have to be careful when I exercise cause I have severe scoliosis kyphosis and I have hydrocephalus with a VP shunt and I have Arnold Chiari malformation along with endometriosis but I always try not to let any of my challenges get in the way when it comes to a great workout i just never give up and do what i can
