I love these longer workouts and the unilateral workouts that are split upper and lower are wonderfully challenging. The tempo was really good on this workout too, we kept moving and it went by quickly. Thanks!

Iam LOVING these unilateral workouts. This one was CHALLENGING and the one- sided planks were HARD but I did it. This was a TOUGH format but I LOVED every minute of it. Thank- u Amy for this AMAZING workout!

Great workout, Amy!!!! I don’t know if people realize how much core they are getting with a weight on one side. People often think you have to be on the floor to get a good core workout but we use our core standing most of all so it’s so important to train core the way we actually use it. Groceries in one arm while you open the door, it’s the same thing.

Great structure to this workout! Made the time fly by! And I liked your frequent pelvic cues. Very helpful to remember. The bicep portion was a little awkward, as you mentioned, but perhaps I would get it better doing this workout again. Overall, a very solid full upper workout! Thank you!!

That's certainly burning 🔥 however as I don't have dumbbells I had to use kettlebells which made some of the exercises difficult to do.

I'm left handed and left dominant but I have some shoulder limitations on that side so I can almost always go heavier on my right with shoulders and back. It always feels strange to me because I know my left side is stronger. Also this is exactly the workout I was looking for today and it was great, as always!
