Loved the glute exercises on the mat (knee raises from bridge and heel raises from bear position)...I'm going to try and incorporate those into my days somehow. Day 7 of the 4-Week Shape-Up program COMPLETE!

One thing I look forward to during quarantine is workouts with Amy!!!! I did this video twice and the hit upper body twice for a workout and it was a killer. 1hr 30 minute workout!!! Normally I run for that long so this is awesome. And you actually make me like strength training and weights!!! Thanks Amy you are amazing!!! 🤗

FABULOUS lower body workout, Amy! WHEW! I was sooo thankful when we got down on the mat!! LOL :) This was a great workout--used this as a 'warm up' of sorts to go on with another 35 minutes of exercise!! Thank you for continuing to keep us healthy and fit, Amy! syazwani puteri I hope so. I’m 5 1/2 months after birth. Just finished it. It was hard. I love Amy’s workouts, they’re hard and awesome and I always feel much better after a workout
