Hi Amy. I'm also Amy. Writing from Israel. We have gone on total lockdown here. NO GOING OUT AT ALL. I was running 5k a day and that was keeping me sane but that's not allowed anymore. So thank you! I have told all my groups on Facebook about you. I love your workouts! They are doable and not complicated. You are saving me!

This was a great work out. I love the variety and thank you so much for the modifications. I am overweight and out of shape and because of the modifications I felt successful at the end of this work out instead of a failure.

I've been working out with you for years and this may be my first time commenting.. I have to say THIS is why I love your workouts, not only because you went through it twice but you really address those deep core muscles for us moms. 4 kids later and no one can tell unless I say anything.. I'd love to see a Pilates strength/lower body focus/full body/core type of workout by you.. with a cardio finisher ?? (lol❤️) Thanks for all you do!! ❤️🥰

Yay, I just finished this, switching off with 20lb kettlebell/12lb dumbbells! That unilateral lungey part in the middle was awesome. I was still having my morning coffee while you guys were testing out the live feed yesterday, so thanks a ton for doing it again.

Yet another great workout! I have always been a Les Mill pump addict but since my gym is closed and I haven’t been able to buy a barbell set, I thought I would give your classes a try! Love them and feel I am progressing. Like the fact that they are about 30 mins so easy to fit into day. Going to look at more of your classes. Thank you.

Hi Amy! I've been in quarantine for more than one month now ('cause I'm French so total lockdown here in France...), and from the beginning, I do my workouts sessions thanks to your videos so thank you very much for these exercises and for your good mood! It helps a lot, truly. It's really hard to keep a good mood in this particular situation and to have sport and people who help to train at home is incredible. Thanks again. Take care x

Hey, so I have been doing your workouts for a few months now and loving them! They have helped with with my diastasis recti and getting more endurance. Anyways, I was wondering how many workouts you yourself do every week? Do you workout each day? And also how long do you workout each time? I have tried to do 5 days a week, or sometimes more, but often get burnt out and then when I do take a break I will sometimes take too many days off. How do you keep motivated?

I’m hoping to get some dumbbells and a kettlebell for home workouts but I’m not sure which sizes to get, I’m thinking 8kg/18lbs for the kettlebell but not too sure about the dumbbells... I know it’s different for everyone but if anyone has any advice I’d really appreciate it!
