Hi Amy. I'm also Amy. Writing from Israel. We have gone on total lockdown here. NO GOING OUT AT ALL. I was running 5k a day and that was keeping me sane but that's not allowed anymore. So thank you! I have to say THIS is why I love your workouts, not only because you went through it twice but you really address those deep core muscles for us moms. 4 kids later and no one can tell unless I say anything.. Yay, I just finished this, switching off with 20lb kettlebell/12lb dumbbells! That unilateral lungey part in the middle was awesome. I was still having my morning coffee while you guys were testing out the live feed yesterday, so thanks a ton for doing it again.

Yet another great workout! I have always been a Les Mill pump addict but since my gym is closed and I haven’t been able to buy a barbell set, I thought I would give your classes a try! Hey, so I have been doing your workouts for a few months now and loving them! They have helped with with my diastasis recti and getting more endurance. Anyways, I was wondering how many workouts you yourself do every week? Do you workout each day? And also how long do you workout each time? I have tried to do 5 days a week, or sometimes more, but often get burnt out and then when I do take a break I will sometimes take too many days off. How do you keep motivated?
