Hi Amy. This is Day16 of movement restriction order in Malaysia and I find this video so helpful. I have been following you few years back and your videos always help me get my exercise in track. However since MCO I haven’t have the mood to exercise until this video.. it’s simple yet can be demanding when you up the intensity. So thanks.. I found the joy in exercising again.. Before this video, my go to exercise is cardio tabata and the box and burn ones.. but somehow this unusual situation just makes me feel.. lethargic.. so thanks again for this video, hope you and your family are well.

One of my lockdown faves - great pace and intensity options plus I LOVE that you can do this in a smaller space without messing about with mats and dumbbells every time. Always sweating tons afterwards!!! More standing ones would be great too as I find them easier to flow through the routine without getting up and down every 2 mins 👌🏼❤️

OMG! you hoped my heart was pumping but GIRL! It jumped out and jumped back in! Your channel is a success for a mama of 5 like me... with 15 months post partum.I stay on one video for 2 weeks and then on to another.. this is my 3rd and I'm sweating like crazy and my diastasis is not getting worse... actually it's closing in...
