I see you're not going easy on those recently-broken ribs! Must be healed well, and that's great to see :) Thanks for the exercises. I'll do them and the lower-back video now because I just killed my back shovelling snow...

Have been working in a restaurant for 2-3 years having terrible back pain. Mostly in the middle back, combined with playing video games in the off time. I did an MRI scan and seen multiple herniated discs in the lower, mid and cervical spine. Got stuck more than 5-6 times in 3 years from the middle back especially with muscle spasms. Doing exercises helps for sure. But is extremely annoying not being able to stand up for longer periods of time. When the tension increases during the day, the middle back starts "Popping" when I breathe in. Annoying and painful at times. What I do is I wake up, use a massage gun, or a massage ball, then I do the exercises in the video. After that I use a strong elastic band for "Rows" and "Pull ups" using a door. 2-3 times a day. I believe I'm feeling a little better but the process is slow and bumpy, sometimes having bad days and sometimes having better ones. And I'm 26. I still never went to a Rheumatologist. Only to a chiro / physio.

Sounds like my story too, I was diagnosed with a thoracic costovetebral sprain, I’m a stylist and bending doing shampoo and standing for too long is killing me, do some open books exercises and make sure you get your abs stronger , I’m feeling better after 2 months of therapy but I had other 2 months of hell with more bad than good, good luck and keep it up, remember that bad days are just temporary!

@@Elizabeth-ky3ws Thank you so much 🙏🏻. I actually used to do open book exercises, I just completely forgot to add them in this routine for some reason. I guess I'll have another thing to do. For me is bad to just stand up, I don't want to even talk about bending 😂. But yes, it is one of the slowest recovery you can probably have. And it has ups and downs. Makes you wonder if you're even healing at times. Thank you for your message, wish you all the best 🙏🏻

Curious. Why shouldn't we do this with the lower back? I think my lower back needs stretching relief as well and I'm not sure how to get there. I'm sure she if it's wouldn't mind a video on that from your style of videos

Doing this in the lumbar spine would compress the spinal joints and decrease the space for the nerves because the natural arch goes in the opposite direction in the lumbar spine
