When the 20 came out, our FFL shooting/reloading partner ordered 6 of them; he kept 2 and sold us the remaining at cost ($300 was a lot then) After bad experiences with S&W 39s and 59s, we kind of swore off S&W. However, in 2017 I demo fired a box of 40sw. through the new M&P 2.0. I am sold completly on the recoil impulse and trigger pull of the Smiths( although I do swap out the trigger shoe for the Apex polymer curved shoe. This Bodyguard 2.0 has replaced my 365 for EDC. I am intrigued. I wish you had commented on the two piece feed ramp and the apparent potential for hollow point rounds hanging up on the feed ramp. I learned of this from othe reviews. It has been stated that the bore axis would be much higher if the feed ramp were all on the barrel as all other handguns. That may or may not be true but it is now something I will look into.

@@edolson4186 I actually JUST encountered this issue. It seems to only be a problem with Hornady Critical defense hollows and not my HST rounds at all. Ironically i’m more likely to blame the hornady rounds as they seem to push in VERY easily…

Just got first shots yesterday. It had wow effect. Very soft shooter even though everything out of box is stiff and very tight. It will take couple hundred rounds to loosen up. It was 300g lighter on scale than p365 (10 rounds vs 15 on mag from macro though.) My first couple rounds were right in the center. The wierd thing was that I was shooting great from 5-6 yards but sucked bad from 7-10. Definitely me, not the gun. The rear sight is wide open so, it is not exactly surgical precision. But, it is pistol. More important to shoot fast and hit target than to thread needle. I think Mrs will be happy with it.

I love how you changed out pistols instead of mags 😂

I love my bodyguard 2.0 and my sights were way off at 5yds, like 4 inches to the right from poa

This is the most upsetting part about this gun. It's absolutely perfect, you just HAVE to get your sights fixed- Would like to see S&W fix this themselves...

The 2 problems I've seen over several KZbinrs 1. Front sight needs to be moved to the left as viewed from the shhoting position and 2. Magazine problem with the follower has plastic burrs that need to be trimmed off. Disappointed in S&W poor QC for a pistol at this price.

@@_cal_techie haven’t had mag issues with the seven magazines I have, just the site issue

How does one move the front sight to the left? I had heard of the mag problem, so I had the clerk at the store load both mags to make sure the follower wasn't defective on either.
