Glad you got a good workout! And yeah, shortening the rest times is more the okay. These workouts are more of a general guidelines so you can definitely tweak the rest times to fit your workout goals.

I did 25 pushups different variations each time got a huge pump but I agree the pullups start to get hard as fuck if using proper form! It's more about the stretch then squeeze contraction and slow speed then who can do it fast as fuck plus when u weigh 225lb like me little harder pushups were cake tho thanks good FUCKING workout homie! fuck the Haters!!

wow, have alot of flaws...on your pull ups keep your elbows out, not in, and cross your feet and keep them in place, alot of swinging with the legs, and push ups, tighten core and glute and it should keep your lower back locked, yours looks almost like a girl push up...hopefully you fixed these problems by now
