BRYbeyblade Yes, it totally different. An intro program and then seven levels of programs with daily workouts for the programs and other workouts. Although they provide a lot of great content for free, the membership is well worth it imo.

Chris thank you for motivating me at 40 years old and being a former MMA fighter and studying various form of martial arts over many years. I just went on a 9 day water fast, followed by the OMAD diet which I will be following indefinitely to cut weight and stay healthier eating only healthy and nutritious foods. I work offshore 14 days and I am only home for 7 days so doing any backflips, handstands and a few other safety concerning exercises won't be possible until I'm home, but I love using my own body weight to train and am a firm believer in it. Your videos are inspiring and motivating and I appreciate it for sharing your experience, tips, life and exercises with us all.

Warming up doesn't mean the exercice is easy like I do the handstand freestand for warm up It completly warms up my full body

4 weeks ago i couldn't even get 1 pull up now i do 6. but the problem is i can't get out of that range, every time i land 6 or 5.

do them until failure and then do negatives. You will build a lot of muscle and reach 10-12 pull ups. Then size wont matter and try focusing on strenght
