I enjoy watching your building techniques using foam which I have never once tried. I am old school ( because I'm old) and still use only balsa , plywood, and fiberglass since that's what I learned to build with 50 + years ago. In real time, how long did it take you to accomplish what you did in part 1? If I lived close to you I would buy you a Chinese cnc if you would teach me how to use it, sadly I live a long way from you, in Philippines. I have been looking at them for quite awhile but the software just seems to hard to learn without a real teacher. I'm happy to see a young person actually building a plane from scratch nowadays, it seems 99% of the hobby has gone to RTR sadly. Best of luck , Ramy.

You are a true craftsman. A beautiful aircraft. To note, in frame 9.56 it looks like your server for the movable stabilizer is a small unit that is enclosed with no access cover. The small micro servers are notorious for failure and not as dependable as full 16 oz. size server. The aircraft experienced an aileron lock due to bad server or radio interference ; most likely, server failure. The fire was post crash and due to a locked up engine and voltage serge. Your video is excellent and very helpful for post crash analysis. The elevator and horizontal stabilizer is the most important control service on the aircraft and all engineering thought should be applied to secure a fail safe unit, however the video crash presents as a aileron / radio failure with a banking turn to inverted roll and recovery before ground impact. Good Luck in all future aircraft.

Great work. Like many here, I am watching after the crash. I feel your pain. Anyone that like to build things and run or test them feels your pain. Be it a real car or an RC jet, when you put hours & hours of work into something and it crashes or doesn't work, it's painful. On the other hand, the thrill of success wouldn't be as sweet without the risk of failure. Keep building my friend, you are clearly talented and in the grand scheme of things, you will have more successes than failures.

Just find a photo or build plan from the plane (not taken from an angle) and zoom in until the plane is 100 millimeter long on your screen and simply think that 1mm is 1cm in real life if you plan to make it 100 cm long. Then just measure the rest of the parts, they are the same scale as well. But this isn't the most precise, but very handy.

Will u help me with design and measurement of the same ?

Firstly, i would reccomend watching Ramy's video on making plans as they are straight forward. Length:1240mm Wingspan:1200mm Fusalage height/width:10.98 cm I run it on 2 64 mm edf with 6s lipo. I have rudder steerable nose weel elevator s and ailerons, may add flaps in the future but i decided to keep the weight down. Materials is balsa, 5mm foamboard and 3mm foamboard, epoxy and small amount of fiberglass for retracts mounting. For other details like the engine mounts and how the gear retracts, just look at images and videos of 787. Have Fun ;D

Watched the whole playlist and im Addicted to the channel now. It sucks what happened to the plane my heart almost broke for you. You do great work, very talented, never stop building planes. Just wanted to mention the reason your wire cut turned out uneven is because you are pulling the wire ends too far past the point of cutting. 0:48 this causes a shortcut for the wire to take through the foam. If you keep the wire ends in line with where its cutting, you'll get perfect cuts every time. I know it can be slow but the result is worth it Little tip from a fellow hobbyist. Again amazing channel, amazing work. I could watch this for days.
