Boeing NC-135W 61-2666 - Screaming JT3D TF-33 Engines

Boeing NC-135W "Triple Six" callsign SAME40 Heavy, 61-2666 is a testbed assigned to the Air Force Material Command. Its a former WC-135B and features Pratt & Whitney JT3D engines that have no hush kits. In this video you see it taking off then landing at its home base in Greenville, Texas. My father, who was in the Air Force in the 80’s felt really relieved when they added turbofan engines as it makes the plane faster and it has reverse thrust which helped a lot on landings.
