I know I'm late, but I don't think this is torture enough. You need a command block running so every 30 sec or so it teleports everyone back to spawn. Then you have another one set up to slowly shrink the world. Also add some that spawn arrows, lava, water, mobs, etc to cause extra chaos. Randomly delete/replace with magma sections of the map, etc.

Ideas on how to improve each torture device: 1. A eternal Death Instead of them being dead forever, spawn should have a glitch or even a lava pool under it to make the player respawn over and over again for infinity until someone pities them enough to save them. To make that impossible, place border blocks outside of spawn so no one can help them. 2. PVP Add to this by spawning a shit ton of mobs, including things like the wither and ender dragons. Also, ever minute or so that goes by, set on person on fire. 3. Slowness and Borders Choose two players and tp them away from the crowd to an unknown spot. Give them slowness and weakness. Tell all the other players that whoever finds and kills them gets a prize. The prize is you smiting them and setting them on fire until they die.
