Bogota is definitely on our list now! The food at both restaurants are a work of art! It's nice to see that the chef at the first restaurant is using traditional ingredients... We are more into wine pairings but I would be curious to try the ancestral beverages.. lol! The Salt cathedral seems pretty cool but I think being in there would freak me out a little know that it is so far underground.. Thanks again for sharing another wonderful experience.. Dad actually is a big fan of you guys! 🤣

MIDAS We already visited his restaurant in Garzón Uruguay! He’s starting a cooking school in that tiny little town...and the students were making fires in the dirt road! 😂. The food was amazing! Hoping to run across some more of his restaurants while we’re still in Argentina!

I'm not a fan of clams, but I would totally love those tacos. Oooh, that underground chapel is so cool. I heard about the salt cathedral in Poland but didn't realize there was one in Bogota as well. Mmm, after dinner sweats at the bar....looked yummy!

Food shots are almost always with the Panasonic GH5s and a fast lens...outdoor is usually a GoPro. Thanks for watching (and the comment) it really does mean a lot to us! 👍🏼

My sister and I fly into Bogota Nov 16th. A couple days from now. I’m just learning about Leos. We both want to go. I know you went there 2 years ago but what approx was your total bill in USD for the experience. I can find any prices on their web page. Thank you. I would like to go the 17th if I can get reservations but I’m also going to Leticia and then over to Machu Picchu in Peru so I have a budget. Well not really a budget because I know I’m going to spend more then I told myself I can. Lol.

It would be great to know prices.

I don’t remember the prices…and things are probably always changing, but it wasn’t cheap. We also included the wine pairings which makes things expensive. The menu was pretty experimental fair amount of molecular gastronomy going on. It was a great experience, but not in my top 5 restaurants for. Bogata.
