In Ireland the community aspect is traditionally focused on the local GAA club not the soccer one. I live 10 minutes walk from Dalymount, Bohemian's ground but there's a GAA club about 500m away that would be far more community focused than Bohs. I think this video exaggerates things slightly; they're more seen as a woke, hipster club than anything else.
