I am just like you when it comes to color choices. I like white, grey, cream, black. These colors goes with anything. you can literally inject colors into the house through furniture, accessories, which is the way I like to do housing design for myself.

I love how clean white is in a home. I live in the Puget Sound and you can see the ocean from my living room so I chose all white paint through out the house including my furniture with a teal and sand color accents. White just makes it cleaner and crisp looking in my humble opinion. Great choice Karin and I am super excited to see your whole renovation finished and pulled together! Your redo is on the down hill side now and you should be in your new home soon!

What's nice is that you have got milk pristine white which is just so clean and fresh that I don't think eye strains would ever occur. I also think white is timeless and looks good with any furniture, finishes and tbh if you use any other color, you would always have to mix and match with the items you have got. So in that way white is perfect. And it brightens up the whole atmosphere. Your place looks so big now, so unlike how it looked before. I'm sure the floor tiles would look great against that white background.

That's a tough question... White is great if you want to bring out the rest of your stuff... I would only add light grays maybe. I love color and I would never go with all white in my house, but that's truly personal and I don't know about the rest of your furniture (maybe that would give me more of a clue)... but yeah... maybe gray in the master bedroom and black in the powder? hahaha. Its gonna look amazing anyway!!!! so excited for you!!!

Keep the white and see it through until the end. I'm sure you will be adding color with furniture, textiles, and accessories. This a great blank and clam slate to choose from. Doing one tone throughout the house definitely saves money compared to doing 2 or 3 tones when you first purchase something and you have a lot of other expenses to worry about. Plus it sets up a perfect canvas to add color in the future because the baseboards and ceiling will match and keep the area bright and feel big! Although it looks like a ton of white right now it will look very clean and look toned down when the whole project is finished! I think you made a good decision ⭐️😇

i think Sherwin Williams cyber space would look good as an accent. i like the contrast it gives, Its a beautiful and grounding charcoal grey, it blends well with white, gold and natural wood tones. I like seeing it on counters, cabinets and closet doors, walls as well. It lends itself beautifully.

I love white walls. I bet that with colorful furniture and some other things it will look great. Pherhaps an accent wall wouldn't hurt but like with a texture idk it's just an idea. I'm very doubtful about the peninsula, but I think that's just me. it would be great to have a linear kitchen with two stripes of kitchen and on one side you have a dinner space and a formal dinner on the other side I think that way it would have both things a modern and homie look, but that's just my preference the place looks amazing anyways. Can't wait to see how it turns out to be

Tfs! These colors and finishes have to appeal to u, the one or one of the ones living in the space. U will walk into your choices everyday, go to sleep and wake up to them. I truly like white walls and or ceilings. I only like about 3 paint colors as it is. Being too trendy gets old fast. Enjoy your choices. I like everything that u shared with us. Is your subway tile going to be installed the long way? Where the tiles are short on the top and bottom? Just wondering😊

The white is great for the main level but a gray in the master and guest bedroom would have been a nice contrast to the white bathrooms! I personally like witching hour by benjamin moore or serious gray by sherwin williams!

My understanding of white paint, is that it needs a lot of natural light to come alive. Otherwise it just looks dreary. I wonder what the space would look like with a pastel so pale it looks like a tinted white. I don't know . . . that's what came up off the top of my head.

Funny I hate white, I look for some color even if it's a neutral tone. As of late I'm loving grey which I will use in my office.But you have to live with it and I'm sure it will change my opinion on white😊

If choosing white not pure white but something like broken white. Pure white feels like hospitals.
