What a difference you made when you moved in, it's so much more inviting and homely. I used the word homely in the english sense of the word which means comfortable and welcoming and cosy, I think in America it has a different meaning...? Anyhoo, I just love it, you have great style. Do you have a washing machine for your laundry?

Thank you!!!!!!!!!! I appreciate it : ) I have a little portable machine that I pull out. It does a pretty good job on my summer clothes. But it's a bit more challenging with heavier winter clothes. It's the one thing I reeeeeally miss here ... a good washing machine!

@@littlebohocottage Yes I can imagine that heavier items would be more challenging, I don't know what it's like in the US but there are definitely a lot fewer launderettes than there were when I was growing up in the 60s-70s. I can remember visiting them with my grandmother when she lived in Chelsea, London. I'm sure there's still a need, and I wish I had a local one that I could take large items to, such as my duvets which are washable but don't fit in my machine. Still, small price for you to pay for living in such a beautiful location and property I would think. I'm very envious.

But the stovepipe in the living room, my first thought was to put a basket directly onto the ceiling and make it a faux light cover. Then as I watched the video further, I see you've already attached a basket over a light in your bedroom, so you already have figured out how to attach it. What a darling little cottage! I am not sure this solution would work but is there a way to create a closet area where your desk is and tuck the desk into the closet? Maybe a pretty free standing wardrobe? Or repurpose a piece of second hand furniture that would allow you to close away your office? At the very least find a piece of art that makes your heart sing and prop it in front of the screen when not in use, something to wake up to each morning. Love your cottage so much!

Great video! I love your cottage. Everything in it makes you happy. I have a studio room in my dream house. My studio is filled with everything I love for all my creativity. I quilt, crochet, knit, art collage, & I have 4 dollhouses. I use twinkle lights to create a magical feeling. One set of lights behind my dollhouses which lights up the dollhouse windows. I display all the things I love. I just wish I had more storage for all my fabric & supplies.

The name Little Boho Cottage suits your cottage perfectly. I live in a tiny cottage too. Probably about the same size as yours but my kitchen area I’d say is a tad smaller believe it or not lol . I have a very high cathedral ceiling in my cottage which helps it not feeling cramped. I too have a lot of thrifted, vintage furniture and decor items. I loved seeing your cottage.
