Wow,almost at 1M. That's crazy, and it shows how much you have helped everyone watching you. You were my first EVER yoga practice, at my bedroom,and after that, i've been practicing yoga for a year now,loving it more and more every day. Your vibe, your voices, your honesty. @@junkybabes She is very beautiful, I agree! What helps a lot, at least for me still after 3 years!!, except for her talent and teaching skills, is that the practices are outside in the most beautiful places of the world! The whole thing is just great! :)

I LOVE that you guys don't list calorie burn on your workouts. We have been talking about it for at least a year now. We want to do a documentary about saving elephants in Cambodia and possibly more too. Boho Beautiful productions. Its a dream. And its on the board. So expect it!!! thank you though Silvia... your suggestion fills up our sails that often burn out from constant overuse.

I am like you, Mark! I fractured my L5 when I was 12. I have to cater workouts around what my back can take. Some days I have to do Juliana's back pain video first. It has worked wonders!

I love how much Mark talks about listening to your body. I also have a back herniation and find it very challenging to work out, but your videos help me so much. Also listening to your body about diet is essential. Your body knows what it wants and craves, but only after you cleanse it of processed food and sugar and mostly meat diet. Start from scratch, fresh. You have the most powerful tool within you to transform your health - you intuition.

Love this video! The words are so true! Marc, could you please do a yoga video for back pain/sciatica pain? I‘ve been suffering from sciatica pain since early October due to studying/ sitting at my desk for 5 hours straight (to practise for my exams which each (6 in total) last for five hours) some days while neglecting any physical activities (including my beloved yin yoga). After seeing several doctors and doing physiotherapy as well as acupuncture my sciatic pain is slowly starting to release me out of my misery (it was so bad that at a point I couldn’t sit, stand, lay on my back or stomach at all and no pill was able to help me - all while writing my exams 🙈). Ever since starting with Boho Transform and doing the Yin Yoga Videos of your channel and Boho Complete I’ve seen massiv improvement. Thank you so much for providing this great content! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 My physiotherapist said that it’s my piriformis muscle that’s pinching my sciatic nerve on both sides of bum. I would love to have one yoga routine that’s specifically designed for lower back pain, focussing on the piriformis. I’m sure lots of people would benefit from such a routine as well! Keep up the good work! I can’t wait to see what you guys film on Hawaii! Sending lots of love from Germany!!! 🇩🇪❤️

Nicole... So much love and healing from us to you. We know what you are going through... and so few people seem to understand the severity of it all. We actually just shot a new youtube video today here in Hawaii... 30+ minute slipped disk /sciatica yoga. So its coming. !! All the exercises and stretches Mark did and still incorporates to get his disk back in place and his sciatic nerve to calm the f down. lol. Marks nerve was entrapped from the bulging disk and then had a lot of serious piriformis muscle issues... make sure you are sure its not a disk and if its not then lots of water and tons of stretching... yin is so good. and also visualization. deep visualization of doing things pain free you love while holding poses. We thought Marks physio was crazy when he suggested it, but it seemed to help a lot. the brain is wired in so many magical ways. I always do my workout in the mornings and suggested this to my husband. But over time, we noticed that since he works at home very early in the morning, he functions best by getting his workout right after he clocks out. His exercise sessions help him separate his work life from his home life and that break helps shift his mental state and sets the mood for the rest of the day.

Love to see a more personal video of you guys! It's already two years ago that I started with doing workouts from your channel. Still a big fan! I like to do a 1,5 hour yoga session every morning and combining my favourite videos together. I've tried some other yoga youtubers in between, but there's nothing as good as Boho Beautiful. Also your meditations are amazing and I do them almost every day. Keep up the amazing work you guys

Rein... we have been talking about doing a video about this kinda stuff more and more lately so expect some videos like that soon. But in a nut shell... its about empathy, understanding, and respect... to always put ourselves in each other's place and to never, above all things... ever... to always feel safe to speak truthfully to one and other with complete transparency.

The body is a manifestation of your consciousness not your thought - it flows through from your higher self into your body. When I started to workout, I used to say to myself that "I'm gonna burn more calories, I'm gon' keep working out to get more leaner body like the supermodels..." funny, but I was like that before...well until I got tired of it and I let that thought go and when I did that, I become more happy and fulfilled with what I am doing. Physical exercise is not to punish yourself for the calories, fats...that u ate, it's a celebration of what your body can do, for being healthy and be grateful about it. I always start my day with this routine, wake up at 4 or 5 AM and I am happy with that.

Wholeheartedly agree with what you're saying about diet as a major piece of the puzzle, both my partner and I are exclusively plant-based now three months, I'm now practising yoga or pilates and swimming every day, and I have to say I feel like something untouched has been switched on in me that I've never felt before. My eyes are bright and sparkly, I have tonnes of energy, my skin is clear, my body feels (although achey!) awesome. I also feel that my flexibility it adding to the euphoric feeling I have, like the further I stretch and the deeper I breathe I feel better and better! LOVE THAT! I heard so many people say these things before, but IT IS 10000% TRUE. So excited to see what's still to come, I've dropped 5 kilos without even trying and am now plateauing at a comfortable healthy weight without calorie counting or feeling hungry at all. My love or cooking has been reignited also, learning a new way to eat is so fun. Thank you for your constant inspiration love you guys!! Ah I also suffered (sometimes still a little) from disc herniation L5S1, and am just coming out of that too after around 3 years of constant pain, so happy you're on the flip side of it too Mark, such a debilitating injury to have so utterly depressing! (have you read healing back pain by Dr Sarnos? Fascinating perspective on the mind-body connection to chronic pain, highly recommend you check that out) All the best to you both xxxxxx

Also a great idea for a video would be to show what that 10 minutes of attention to the back looks like for the beginning or end of a practice there are many people in this world that have herniated disc problems or just that back problems and what an excellent opportunity to show what has worked for you

Every morning the vibrations begin. Morning jog, yoga, swimming, meditation....etc...helped me to create a new programming for myself. I too have chronic back spinal pain. The morning routine certainly starts the days vibration. I just love your beautiful videos. Thank you for sharing😇

Just completed day 5 of Transform and it is amazing! Such a wonderful gift to give myself for the new year. I believe it will keep me in shape this winter until I can get back on the running trails. The beautiful scenery and videography helps me get through the cold , damp, snow and rain cycle we have been in on the East Coast of Canada. ✌️🥦🥝🍌

I feel like you are good friends really just giving me heartfelt advice and truly care for us all. 🥰❤️ I’m very excited to start my yoga journey after many failed attempts. Julia, I really relate to what you said about seeing the true changes after you changed the way you are... I was exactly the same; working out a ton and not seeing the results I wanted. Certainly not feeling the best. I don’t want to force feed anyone my beliefs, but I wish more people would go plant-based, because it truly changed my life, and obviously has changed yours and Marks as well😌🙏🏼💚

I have tried out yoga practices from many others. But i must say, yours the best. Cos you focus on cardio but mixed yoga into it. Your workouts are crazy but its working for me. So does your yoga stretching practice. I practice your yoga workouts/stretching almost everyday. My body is slowly tranforming. It has been a habit for me as my body craved for a workout every morning. No excuses. Thank you so much for your effort and your sharing. You are my role model. And now, I practice ONLY your workouts cos I know it works for me and my body. With luv, Singapore.

I love your workouts and it helped me getting stronger. I turned 51 in December and a few years ago I had a" frozen shoulder". It was painful and I could not move my arm. I had to go to physical therapy and slowly I could move my arm again. That is when I found you on KZbin. I wanted to continue getting stronger and I am grateful for all your workouts whether it is yoga or pilates. Thanks :)

Great content! Also always workout in the morning and crave it if for some reason there is less or no space for it... It is just so natural now. And this in combination with a vegan diet has transformed my body and skin! Which makes me proud happy and strong! It seems you have a new way of editing by the way ~ I LIKE IT! Thank you for this inspiring and informative video. I feel myself starting to transform too. Finding the commercial stuff that's pushed on not so interesting anymore. Seeking more meaning and appreciating the simple beauty of truth, what is right in front of me and peace from my own breath. I thank you both for teaching me and showing me this way of being. It is because of your hard work, dedication, belief and sharing of your knowledge into this present world that I found this new way of living for myself and it sure seems to have affected so many others as well. I'd love to see and learn of more of us driving a new way of cohabitation on this 🌎. Where we don't abuse the planet or each other so much. That we can co-habitate with all forms of life, endangered species start to flourish and the excess garbage, tyranny and overall bad will is no longer needed. Aloha from Honolulu, HI! I just discovered your channel a couple of weeks ago during our second stay-at-home order, and I wish I had found you earlier during our 6 months of quarantine. I LOVE your stretch classes in all your glorious travels blogs, and you have such a calmness from within that radiates on screen and I must say that I feel much more flexible from taking your short 15 minutes stretch classes in such a short period of time! Do you ever do longer classes than 15-25 minutes on KZbin?

Good day! I want to thank you for all of the videos you create, they have changed my day routine during the past two years and have made me a better version of myself, I have a lot to achive still but I am developing in many ways thanks to you! I wanted actually to ask you about Mark's routine more because my life partner recently, month ago, had a back operation , they removed part of one of his back's disks ( the short version of explaining) , and since then he is doing the recommended exercises he feels okay, his back still hurts time to time. Anyway, I wanted to ask if there is a way to create a video or just explain more about the back recovery routine Mark is doing in order to stay recovered and keep himself moving to a better future with less back problems. : ) Since my boyfriend had the operation, I have heard stories from friends and acquaintances that many men (much less women) suffer from back pain , some younger , some older. So, it might be helpful for many people who follow your chanel too. I am happy that you are happy! Keep the good work! Your universal friend, Mira

It would be so helpful to do a series of videos on how Mark rehabilitated his back injury with the herniated disc. It's amazing how far he has come to be able to do the things he does. What workouts did he begin with and what is his routine now? Well thank you for your beautiful videos and I hope you will take my suggestion on board, it would really help me.
