This 20 minute yoga flow class for beginners and advanced students is the perfect combination of movement, stillness, and breath. Focusing on the Earth Element of Air, this vinyasa based yoga class for all levels will allow you to truly connect with that inner universal life force, your prana. As we move through the gentle flow and standing yoga asanas I want you to constantly focus on deepening your inhalation and exhalation. Allowing your mind the opportunity to find the present moment through your practice.
The element of air is all about movement, creativity, and that deeper realization that we are all a part of something greater than us. So as you slowly move and relax into this yoga practice for stress release, allow yourself to connect deeper with all that is within you. Be patient, take very yoga pose modification that you may need, breathe, and let go. This yoga is to help you let go of anything that may no longer serve you, whether that is anxiety, stress, negativity, or overall tension. So let all that energy go with each breath and enjoy. xo

I did the flying pigeon and oh so slowly and gracefully fell forward flat on my face. I held it, though, while snort laughing with my smooshed nose.

While doing this practice, I encountered several challenging posture and understood, that I am not quite at that level. However I told myself that with practice and dedication I will get there. This is what you taught me throughout my yoga journey and to be honest, I have changed significantly. I love your videos and you are so inspiring as well! As an ex-ballet dancer, yoga has always been important to help me be in shape, but you really helped me fall for the spiritual side of it all. Your videos are often challenging, doable, but there is *always* room for improvement and I _loooove_ that. Plus, no one has beautiful sceneries like the ones you share with us! This needs to be called balance practice. Had to quit 10 minutes in because I couldn’t do any of this. I tried to push through but got so frustrated. Saving this for a future practice

Im going to do this one 3x per week alongside other yoga workouts.I tried to do certain poses but couldnt quite manage.I gave it my best shot and know over time I will get stronger.So proud for my efforts x

Hello, Juli! I want to write this just to say how much appreciate you, and what do you mean to me! I practice yoga from 2 years and btw. I am a teenager started at late 16 now I am 19 and so many things changed throughout that time, I even moved to another country alone to follow my dreams, but do you know what didn't change... My devotion to yoga and you are the reason for that. I can not describe how fulfilled I feel after practicing a sequence with you on youtube, although I find sometimes changes between positions too harsh on one side of the body, but I never give up and I will not for the future, because I love your work and your dedication to the thing that you love. Winners never quit, and quitters never win! Love you!

My fiance had a spinal tumor and he had a surgery to fill in artificial bone materials in his spine. Ever since he had back pain and sort of irritation because of it, but he got really better as we practiced with your wonderful yoga videos everyday. I always admired so much your work! I would appreciate a loooot if you could make a video showing how is your shooting and editing process. I am sure it will inspire many people by showing all the hard work behind the scenes. Kickin mind in the HAWAII tonight :), great! Wow guys, just wow! I wish I could send an individual message, but here it goes. Started the set with James Blake Retrograde & Limit to Your Love. Then moved to your Element Series. Touches me so so significant to hear words like: Unlike other elements Air is a constant mover. Especially cos not many around can even comprehend the meaning of it. So I'm grateful. Cos that was some primo balance practice. Exactly what I needed after 2 days of activities in which part 1: run and a full body open-air workout and part 2: 6-hour beach volley session. This was like having a hot shower after a late night December swim in Baltic Sea. It was just the perfect flow of all that I have become. Been practicing with you guys for some time now and thanks for the growth you have been able to hand. I'm currently taking the leap of freeing my soul of all there heaviness there is in the World, I hope you wish me luck and when I take it to Light, I would be glad to share it with you, as you are sort the people who appreciate what I am about to create. This was extremely challenging for me. Mainly because of all the work done on one leg, for an extended amount of time. My muscles & joints felt exhausted, & my knee literally gave out on me & down I went. I am working extremely hard on my balance as well, & recently was finally able to do & hold warrior 3. However, when many one legged poses are done in succession, & held, my muscles & joints get exhausted from all the work. & if I push myself, thinking I can make it through, my knees will give out from under me. It sucks. But I won't give up in the hopes that one day I'll be able to do it. As of now, I practise every day, twice a day (morning & evening), for a total of 2 hours. I will prob never be as flexible & strong as Julianna, given that I don't have a gymnast or dance background, & do have medical issues. But I am very happy with my progress. And thank you for challenging me when I come to my mat.

Absolutely love the challenge and strength I feel within myself with the completion of this class. I have done this flow a couple times, and each time the arches of my feet hurt when I am holding certain poses. Is there anything I can alter to reduce this pain, or will the pain ease away when I develop more muscle strength in my arch area? Sending love, light, and peace to all
