Everytime i finish this practice flow, i just want to hit the like button. Unfortunately, it just allows me to hit once. I wish the thousand like hit button. So much love the great created space in my body , my blood flow that class brings.

A year ago I experienced my third ruptured disc, L4 L5 this last one, and diagnosed with chronic lumbar ridiculopathy. I have been doing your back pain/ sciatica session and it has helped tremendously. I am excitedly looking forward to doing this session. Thank you Juliana and Mark for helping me through my recovery. Absolutely love all of your yoga practices and messages of self-love and motivation. This practice is just became one of my favorites, I LOVE the analogy of body movement to water flow. I just wish that during the end, relaxation/meditation there were ocean or water sounds subtly woven within the music - That would have made it so complete!

Thank you very much for asking us to make the sound when breathing out. I have PTSD and when I did that my jaw opened very wide and I could not closed it and started to cry letting out all the emotions. I feel much better now but I know I would need to do it more often. Please do not ever stop using the breathing technics with the yoga videos! Thank you so much once again!
