This is the best healthy oil free salad for weight loss. Also, carrot and beans are good for high blood sugar patients. It reduces blood sugar within 2 hours. This is what I give my mom. 🔥🔥🔥. You're such a blessing in this era where is KZbin is all full of unhealthy ,fried and junk recipes.. Can I ask you for a suggestion? I have never eaten curd or curd related items in my 35yrs of life. I have heard in this video about apple cider vinegar to keep gut healthy. Can you suggest any other things which are helpful for the gut flora apart from curd?

I tried this, cashew dip was very tasty, but veggies I had put green capsicum also for steaming but it was not at all edible,, rest carrot, tomato, cucumber, n brinjal steamed were good.. Thanku nisha ji

Can we use soaked cashews for weight loss. Cashews should be the first thing to avoid for weight loss. Instead can use either curd or almonds (soaked). Educate me if i am wrong. Thank you for the video.

Simple and super recipe 💖 are you using ceramic knife? If so put a video on ceramic knife for making salads...heard that lettuce edges do brown after cutting with steel knife...but not with ceramic knife...share more about it if u can
