When I purchased the distiller, it came with a package. This stuff comes from Amazon, works great. Lol, I guess you could even cook with it, if you wanted to. Thanks for watching!

Vinegar does the same. However, if you set a timer to stop the distiller before all the water is boiled, you will prevent any buildup.

Yes, I have a timer as well, the buildup takes a long time compared to not having that. thanks for watching!

I have been drinking distilled water for many years, the stuff they serve us from the taps, well, lets say i'm not a fan. i use a R/O system for drinking and cooking and i even put that into the boiler, still get buildup. much less that distilling tap water
