Fantastic job. You don't have to change your cutting discs. I just use diamond one for everything, even galvanised pipes. Diamond discs are much more expensive, but they last longer and they do not wear out, so their diameter stays the same all the time. Aluminium requires dedicated cutting disks. And when I cut stainless and it has to be precise-ish, I also use dedicated discs. If I need super clean and precise cuts I use a chop-saw with circular saw blades for metal. Not a fun of Milwaukee, but this tool is great.

Always changed disc to be honest didn’t know diamond would be ok on flue, I’ve got a Bosch diamond disc so I will give that’s a try on next job thanks mate 👍

@@bluebulldog_uk It's a bit louder and chamfering is a bit trickier, but you save a huge amount of time and money. Diamond disc I bought in January is still ok, it was around 25 Euros, I use it to cut literally everything. Today I cut Geberit plastic pipes, some brass fittings, galvanised 1/2 pipes and a piece of hard tile. I know it sounds crazy, but doing second fixes after cowboy builders has its price :) If I used dedicated metal discs, I'd use up couple of dozens, 1 Euro apiece.

Love the Baxi’s, they are the best on the market at the moment. I have the Main EcoCombi 30, the only difference is the filling loop, it has traditional valves instead of the pull valve. Great range of boilers with a great design, brass hydro block, stainless steel heat exchanger. I’ve got it installed with the Baxi usense, which gives full control of the boiler. You have to get one and try it out. It gives you viessman level of controls on opentherm.

Thermostat communicates with boiler to modulate the flow temperature, so the boiler will ramp up when it’s cold and slow down when it’s nearing temp
