I’m just a comp stomper and I knew about Shafts of Plague LOL. Also, I’m not sure why Kimo didn’t mix in the occasional Peltast to help take down the Arcus and Turma a little faster. Bonus damage is still bonus damage.

I feel like these longer mythic age games are much much more broadcastable and enjoyable to a general audience than the short classic or heroic age games.It's so much more entertaining. This is mostly because if you fall behind in classic/heroic (lose one battle, lose a TC, etc), it's gg. But long mythic age games like this has more cushion. You can come back from mistakes and that swing provides more entertainment. I wonder if Retold should make changes so meta favors longer games.

I think the longer the game is out the more players will figure out their lose conditions and equally figure out how to defend them which will naturally cause the games to go longer.

that 73% on the destroyers was without atlast upgrade and leto upgrade, so strange that he didn't go for either. basically invalidates the archers from Kimo vs destroyers. The only thing recon seemed to do with leto was the somewhat dissapointing spider GP. Also the lack of lush, especially on the trade line, 15% more gold/m is huge considering how late this got :/

Hey! Just a suggestion (if possible). Start the replays from start if you can. Many players (me included) do not know how to tell if one of the first villagers for example went to gold from kimo or the first 2 he recruited. Great casts nonetheless! (Hope it the suggestion didn't make it sound like the cast was bad or anything 😋)

I think Beast slayer increases the Heros dmg vs Myth. It's the Hephestus upgrade that adds it for Myra, Gast + Het afaik.

@Boit T.V i dont like the feeling of being pigeon holed with poseidon either we should be able tp have a fully functional army without having focused everything into cavalry especially with the option of ares making the rest of the units pretty good. Do you think that ares tech bonuses need a buff or is it just the general balance of the game that makes cavalry so much better?

Ares is a God I need to put more time into investigating. Especially phobos' spear of panic for both Hoplites and Prodromos is really big.

It's such a struggle for me to win vs Gaia as Pos/Greek, my wins look like a noobier version of this, meanwhile there are fairly regular easy wins vs literally everything else.

Yeah, I think that's why atlantean Lategame feels so shit. You just can't deal good damage to the enemy once he is fortified. I like destroyers, but it doesn't feel like melee siege units trade well in the late game. But I suck at multiplayer anyway 😅

If this is in reference to defending I genunienly think Recon/Kimo are the better defenders but Themis is the better multi-tasker, micro, and strategist. Not to say he can't defend cause he obviously can as well! Hehe
