In regards to the Dragonball Evolution...why does everyone complain Goku is white? He isn't Asian. He's a fucking alien. A Saiyan. I remember playing "Enter the Matrix" shortly after it came out. I was somewhat impressed, however it wasn't the greatest, yet not unplayable. Seeing as I rented it from Blockbuster I felt compelled to beat it. That wasuntil I encountered a game Breaking glitch in the construction level (I call it that because I can't remember much about the level, but that) and there was no way to get past this one part where I had to jump platforms, and I would get stuck in the air every time I attempted it. I ended up just calling it quits.

License games are pretty much always pretty terrible for two major reasons imo. One they don't have to be any good to make money. It has been proven people will always be dumb enough to buy them. Two the time crunch usually involved of getting a game complete before the licensed product is no longer popular/new is pretty harsh. This is why movie based games tend to be the worst. They have very little time to develop, and often working with an incomplete outline/script that might change before the movie's release but too late in the games development to be changed. It's a sad fact that imo the only half way decent licensed games lately are the Lego series. Not all of them are great but they are all pretty much more fun and more faithful to the source material than the alternatives.

Hoooo boy Okay. I understand where you are coming from, but 'white' looking characters in anime are usually Japanese. Anime white people usually have a few distinguishing features, such as larger noses and blonde hair. I can't recall the exact term for this, but there is a specific term for why they appear white, when they are not. Just compare Chi-Chi, who is very obviously a chinese-inspired character, to teen Goku. There is very little difference in facial features in terms of nationality. That's just how the Japanese draw Asians. Also Asia doesn't exist in the DB world anyway so it's all moot.

Tons of console games have V-Sync issues. 99% of the time it's because they use half-rate adaptive v-sync to cap the framerate at 30fps. When they happens, you'll see screen tearing usually toward the top of the screen any time the frame rate goes below 30fps. It's just poor performance optimization. Persona 5 has it insanely bad on the ps3.

FYI I was recently able to set up a CDX with a 32X just fine. No modifications necessary. Try removing the plastic spacer on the cartridge that connects the 32X->Genesis.
