I love Bill's speach to Liam. It's true. Steffy wouldn't have felt the need to lie about Hope being there if Liam made her feel more secure in the relationship. Steffy didn't behave very well. Big bad Bill has a huge soft spot and something more for Steffy and it's really clear here that he cares about her, more than a father-in-law should.
