Isliye maine bhi television aur entertainment industry chhod di as a make-up artist...coz makeup artist aur hair artist ki koi value nahi hoti....janwaro ki tarah treat Kiya jata hain....artist aur director hi Sara Paisa le jate hain....itena kam payment hota hain...isliye apna freelance aur apna studio aur salon open kar ke work start Kiya ...Paisa bhi achchha milta hain....aur respect bhi... Ye production wale to 12-14 hrs work karwate hain ...aur itena kam amount dete hain ..aur usme se bhi jo makeup ki company leta hain...head vo commission kha jata hain...

One more thing I want to express in my childhood I saw my father's job daily for 8 hrs.regularly but his responsibility for 24 hrs means papa paste kar rehe he dekha to samne loco me raat ko pachoson gaar loco me eary morning loco me market se loco me film se loco me so that engine fault rectify and train should be at intime. So these types of posts in so many important department have,there shuold be shift duties just to handle emergency not reguar scredule as u said duty hrs. And to reduce unemployment. Your advise to give employment for less hrs for more people. I think it will proide us more efficiency.

I understand that Rani should not have been rude with her. But its up to the client if she likes your work or not. When we eat at a restaurant, we may/may not like the food.
