They were really the golden era of ESPN with his& hers/NNL and HQ.. was actually entertaining instead of just listening to the same 3 takes on the same topics all day long

Maybe a second golden era. The first was this is sport center. Don’t act like we didn’t watch back then.

My only problem with Bomani's show is that it's too short, I'm just getting into it, and then it's over. HBO needs to be giving him an hour.

Whoever came up with "The Wall of Unimpressive Whites" for the Duke skit is a comedic and creative genius.

Its crazy to me that a man with such obvious intelligence, was lacking in motivation for 12 yrs. 12 yrs just showing up for work, and happy to just be at ESPN so he can say, "I work for ESPN".

@@punch1420 Especially if others are telling you how grateful you should be for having such an opportunity and platform, and how you're somehow ungrateful if you want more from your job or out of life. How much "others would kill to be in your position". Then you start feeling guilty, and you force yourself to settle.
@dennisgibbs798 Жыл бұрын
He didn't say anything about lacking motivation or being ungrateful. What he said is, because of the orientation of the shows, it wasn't as challenging and came easy to him.
