But this...THIS is the Bon Iver I fell in love with. The purest, rawest, most beautiful music I’ve ever heard. This album changed my life and it still moved me every single time. For Emma FOREVER

Chase Merritt not the best ever in terms of quality, that's for sure - but the emotion he puts in his voice, the music surrounding the voice completes it in perfection, for me at least. it's a subjective theme. I made that comment in a time when emotions came through hard and I've always loved Justin/Bon Iver :)
