The band should release a DVD with one of their 80's shows dedicated to all their new fans who missed these amazing times...

1989 Philadelphia, 1989 Giants Stadium, and 1993 Dortmund would be cool.

OMG!!!! This was my first of many BJ shows and in my hometown. 2 days before my 20th Birthday. We got backstage passes from Ritchie Bozzett for getting him a pizza!! Haha, we met all the guys and Jon was simply beautiful. I cant believe this show was filmed and is now on KZbin. Thanks for posting and bringing back some amazing memories.. ;o)

WOW, that was amazing the energy they put in to that show, i wish i could have seen them in the 80`s but i was only six when this concert came to town.They really do knew how to give back to the fans which has giving them a loyal following for twenty five years long may it continue.

I've been to see them for every tour when they come to my state since the 80's, and I consider myself VERY lucky indeed!! They put on an excellent show always! Bon Jovi rocks!!

that's the thing, they don't have to progress. if you're good at something stick to it. play with energy, with passion... Bon Jovi aren't a patch on what they were 20 years ago. once you 'change' to keep up with modern music, it's all over.

They should perform this on their next tour!

I saw this tour October 15, 1986 Hilton Coliseum, Ames, Iowa. They opened for 38 Special. Suffice to say Bon Jovi was way better.

I always thought they should open with this song for the Slippery When Wet tour. Just had that perfect opening build up into the organ keyboard. Then we could have hit the stage.
@TheSHAD0W934 жыл бұрын
Technically they did with the organ "pink flamingos" opening and than "raise your hands"

@klaksel so true Bon Jovi have changed, axle rose can't sing like he once could and NICKELBACK will follow in time! age sucks! Bon Jovi was an Amazing band and there was no other band like them
@klaksel15 жыл бұрын
ever thought of getting older? voices getting older? sometimes you have to change a bit cuz of some factors.. but i dont think you get that. all bands from the 80's which are still active changed, no human can keep these things up for more then 20 years. doh.

I know musicians have to progress, but why did Bon Jovi ditch kick ass tunes like this and transform into a dull as dishwater balladeer?

Liked their early stuff and saw them live many times in their heyday and they always sucked live.
