Saw your video last night. got my salmon marinating in the fridge right now! I added some garlic, black pepper and whoosh-ta-sir saurce. I only have an oven but I dont have a Kevin so I should be ok. Thanks for the idea Brad!

@@liviniloap6229 I did it on the lowest setting and it took around 5 hours. I didn't make all the pieces even so I took them out in stages.
