I’ve alternated between OlaPlex and K18 and like them both

K-18 edges out Olaplex in my opinion. They are both expensive.

I use Olaplex weekly and do a protein treatment once a month, doing this has helped give me stronger, longer, hair. I have a bleached halo part and color my hair plus straighten it for the Fall/Winter, I need all the bond repair I can get 😂
