I took the Geritol pills , two bottles worth. I can say it thickened my hair but I didn't get much length. I need to trim my ends more often too. I usually do on wash day.

Hair growth happens from the inside out. Trimming often is important too. Make sure that you're eating a balanced diet that includes plenty of protein. Drink plenty of water. A good hair vitamin, as well as a collagen supplement will do wonders for your hair. Nature's Bounty hair, skin, and nails with extra biotin is my favorite. YouTheory collagen is the collagen supplement I take along with Vitamin C so it absorbs better. After my shampoo I always apply a protein treatment to rebuild what is stripped away during cleansing. @Maryamjhampton I've experienced severe abnormal vaginal bleeding as result to hormonal imbalance and birth control is the last resort . I just didn't feel like explaining this. I eventually want another baby in the future.

I've only just started BUT I'm 59 and have been miserable with the bags and puffs under my eyes. When I wake up, it's just disastrous. But I've been putting Castor oil on before bed for my eyelashes etc. and each morning since wearing it to bed-just rubbing it on no undereye patches or anything-My eyes aren't full of liquid and puffy/baggy anymore!!!!!! Just the best thing ever! That alone is worth worth it one million percent. I use the same brand you do, BTW.

I blend the okra & water, strain then apply on my hair to use as a prepoo. Keep on hair for about 1 hour then wash hair.
