Oded Golan, I hope I didn't screw up the name, was for a long time unaware of the inscription's meaning. Someone else figured it out and the told him about it. He was charged with forging antiquities by the Israeli Antiquities Authority and the case lasted many years with the surprising result that the "Brother of Jesus" part being found to be original to the time of burial, approx 2000 years ago. I write this with video paused at 1:32.
