Day 25 and tonight it is Bone Broth with Chicken 🐓
This is basically a chicken stock sometimes called bone broth, it forms the basis of many dishes and is perfect for soups, sauces gravies and casseroles... or you can drink it neat!
Organic apple cider vinegar is added as the acidity breaks down the collagen and makes it more abundant in the broth.
Bone broth is high in vitamins, minerals and amino acids. It contains a high amount of collagen and is easy to digest.

quick question if you blitz it donst that mean you will be eating thr bits of bone rathe than jjust the goodness that usaully soaks out of the bones (including the marrow)

Can this be done with something like beef ribs?

I’m afraid not, the bones would be too hard and would probably break the blades. If you roasted the ribs slowly and removed the bones first, this could be a go’er. Hope that helps.
