For sure they work out of the box. Use them for a few months and they stop working in less than a year. I waste my money on this. I bought headphones for swimming training. They stopped working in less than a year. I was impressed that they sent me another one since it was under warranty. My surprise is that this other one stopped working after a few months. Now customers service stop answering emails. I have two headphones but none of them is working. My recommendation, don't waste your money on Naenka.

Sorry your experience was not great with them. How often did you use them? I am not a heavy user, and mine are still working fine. So I can not vouch for a similar experience.
